Scope of service

Jingsj provides chemical reference data and a directory of supplier offers. It is an information and sourcing-assistance service.

We are not a party to any supply contract between a buyer and a supplier. Prices, specifications and availability shown on the site are indicative and become binding only when confirmed in writing between the parties to the transaction.

Accounts and access

The current version of the site does not offer user accounts, ordering or payment. Any future account features will be governed by additional terms.

Data accuracy disclaimer

Chemical data is compiled from public sources and is provided for reference only. Identifiers, molecular formulae, physicochemical properties and safety classifications can contain errors or be incomplete.

You must verify all specifications — including CAS number, formula, purity and hazard classification — with the supplier before purchase, and before relying on the data for regulatory filings such as REACH registration.

Use of the site

You agree not to scrape, bulk-extract or systematically copy site content, and not to use the site for unlawful purposes or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

Intellectual property

The site content, its database structure and the platform numbering used on compound pages are our property.

CAS Registry Numbers are factual identifiers, but the CAS registry and its associated names and structural data are proprietary to the Chemical Abstracts Service. We do not licence, and cannot sublicence, any CAS database rights.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from reliance on reference data or from dealings between buyers and suppliers.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at our registered place of business, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules provide otherwise.
