Sorting and pricing rules

Prices are shown in the offer currency and converted to your display currency using a daily reference rate; the unit price is recalculated from the pack size.

Offers without a published price are not listed. The "Best" badge marks the lowest unit price among the offers shown, after currency conversion.

Platform-operated (self-operated) suppliers are labelled on the supplier page and in every offer row.

Verified suppliers

Suppliers marked with a verification badge have been reviewed by us before their listings went live. The badge is shown on the supplier profile and in the offer table.

Verification is not a guarantee of any specific product, price or delivery performance. Always confirm specifications and terms with the supplier.

Data accuracy

Chemical data is reference material compiled from public sources and may contain errors. We correct reported errors, but you must verify identifiers, formulae and hazard data against the supplier’s documentation before purchase or regulatory use.

How to raise a concern

If a listing looks wrong, a price seems inconsistent, or an enquiry is not answered, contact us with the page address and, where relevant, the supplier name and order reference. We aim to respond within two business days.
