Dispatch window

Because goods are sourced per order, dispatch times depend on the supplier, the packaging required and the destination. The expected dispatch window is confirmed in writing with your quotation, and you are notified if it changes.

Incoterms offered

Incoterms are agreed per order and stated in the quotation and order confirmation. See the Incoterms page for how risk and cost are allocated under each term.

Hazardous / DG freight

Hazardous and dangerous goods are shipped only with compliant packaging, correct classification and marking, and carriers licensed for the relevant class. A dangerous-goods declaration and, where required, a safety data sheet accompany the shipment.

Some substances or destinations cannot be shipped, or require additional documentation and surcharges. We confirm this before the order is accepted.

Documentation provided

Documentation is provided as applicable to the product: certificate of analysis, safety data sheet (MSDS/SDS) and technical data sheet. Documents are supplied on request where they are not shipped automatically.

Customs and duties

Unless DDP is agreed, the importer of record is responsible for import clearance, duties, taxes and any destination charges. We provide the commercial invoice and origin documentation needed for clearance, and assist with information requests from your customs broker.
