性状：白色或类白色结晶或粉末。无气味。味苦。有吸湿性。易溶于醇类、丙酮、氯仿、乙腈和乙酸乙酯,溶于乙醚、二氯乙烷和乙酸戊酯,水中溶解度约2mG/ml。在水中析出的含水结晶熔点 135～140℃。比旋光度[α]25D-78°(c=1.99,乙醇中)。最大吸收波长(pH 6.3)280nm(ε50)。PKA18.8。
